TERMS

Terms of use

What the published scores claim and what they do not, how listings are corrected or removed, what the paid products commit us to, and the terms on which you may quote the data.

01

Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Fameproof, 209 Hamilton St, San Francisco, CA 94134, United States, run by C. Kerger. Using the site means accepting the terms on this page. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Fameproof is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or any company, club or person appearing on a leaderboard.

02

What the scores are, and are not

Every published score is a measurement of what AI models produced in response to a defined panel of 24 category questions, on a stated date. That is the whole claim.

Scores, rankings and commentary on this site are published as opinion and analysis based on measured data. They are offered for information, and are not advice — commercial, investment, legal or otherwise. Decisions you take on the strength of them are yours.

03

Listings, corrections and removal

Entities are listed because they are relevant to a category being measured, not because they applied. If a listing concerns you or your organisation:

Tell us what is wrong and we verify it and re-run the panel.
Ask for removal and the page comes down; no reason is required.
A person replies, usually within one business day.

Paid products do not affect placement. Buying an audit or a subscription cannot raise, lower or protect a public score, and no one is offered that.

05

Using the site and its data

You may read, quote and cite the published boards, including in journalism and research. If you do, please name Fameproof and link the page you took the figure from, and give the date of the run — a score without its date is not a claim anyone can check.

What you may not do: scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, republish the boards wholesale as your own dataset or product, present our figures as your own measurements, or use anything here to train a model that reproduces the dataset.

The measurements, page text, layout and code are ours. Company logos and portraits belong to their owners and appear here for identification.

06

Availability and liability

The site is provided as it is. We aim to keep it accurate and available and cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and model providers can change behaviour without notice.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or goodwill, arising from use of the free public site. For paid products, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

07

Changes and governing law

These terms may change; the date at the top of the page changes with them, and material changes to paid products are notified by email to current customers first.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of San Francisco County, California have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.
